gadr.ing

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of gadr.ing. They are written plainly on purpose. By using gadr.ing you agree to them.

What gadr.ing is

gadr.ing is a private tool for organising events and collecting RSVPs. Events are private — there is no public directory and nothing is listed for strangers to find. It is a casual coordination tool, not a ticketing platform or a critical service.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live — at least 13, and older where your country requires it. By using gadr.ing you confirm you meet that bar.

Your account

Signing in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use gadr.ing to:

  • organise anything unlawful, or use it to harass, threaten, or harm anyone
  • send spam, or harvest guests’ names or email addresses for unrelated purposes
  • probe, scrape, overload, or try to break the service or guess other people’s event links
  • impersonate someone else or misrepresent who is hosting an event

If you organise an event, you are responsible for it and for the people you invite. If you are a guest, treat other guests’ details with the same care you would expect.

Your data, and our platform

You own your personal data and the content you create — your events, your RSVPs, your notes. You give us only the limited permission we need to run the service: to store your content, show it to the people you share it with, and send the notifications you ask for. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it.

We own gadr.ing itself — the software, design, and brand. Organisers own the events they create; guests own their RSVP data and can change or remove it at any time, with or without an account.

Availability

gadr.ing is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, pause, or remove features. It is a casual tool — please do not rely on it for anything where a missed message would be serious.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, gadr.ing is not liable for what organisers or guests do, for events that go ahead or fall through, or for indirect or unexpected losses arising from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account and your personal data at any time from your privacy settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date below. Continuing to use gadr.ing after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Questions? Email privacy@gadr.ing.
